Ministries
- Parish Pastoral Council
Members are elected every Spring and meet
monthly to assist the Pastor in envisioning ways to improve our Parish.

RCIA
This program is for those interested
in learning about the Catholic religion.

Evangelization Committee
Focuses on increasing awareness of the vitality of
our Parish community by sponsoring the
Prayer Partner Program , Baby Bawls, Parish Tours
and Outreach to new Maynard residents.
- Religious Education
With over 500 children registered,
there are many opportunities for those wishing to volunteer as classroom teachers and
aides, sacramental teachers, grade coordinators, hall monitors, and office and
miscellaneous helpers.
- Junior/Senior Youth Group
Open to all students to foster their
spiritual growth in a faith and fun-filled environment. Nearly 100 of our young
people are involved in service, prayer and social activities. View our

Homebound Ministry
Parishioners donate their time to visit those
homebound, in nursing homes, or in hospitals, and bring them the Eucharist on a regular
basis.
- St. Vincent dePaul Society
Through generous donations to the Poor Boxes,
food and clothing drives and gift collections, we are able to provide food and clothes to
the Food Pantry, AGAPE, and individuals in need, holiday meals and gifts to families who
have none, including emergency assistance and financial help.
- Children's Liturgy of the Word
At the Sunday 9:30 Mass, children aged 5-12
are guided to the lower church for readings, music and homilies appropriate to their age.
- Children's Choir
Trained leaders teach our young to use their
talents at liturgies on a regular basis.
- Playgroup
A Friday morning get-together of
pre-schoolers and their parents in our Parish Center.
- Nursery
Volunteer parents serve as caretakers for
babies and pre-school children during the 9:30 Mass, allowing parents to attend the
liturgy without distraction.

Altar Servers, Eucharistic Ministers,
Lectors, Music Ministry, Sacristans. Ushers/Greeters,
Adult Education, Marriage Preparation, Spiritual Development
Committee, Right-to-Life Ministry, Legion of Mary, Rosary Guild, Rosary/Prayer Group, Hospitalities, Knights of Columbus, Social
Committee, Cursillo, Finance Committee, Weekly Bingo, Christmas Fair, Flea Market.
So much is happening at St. Bridget Parish!
